• No refunds after services are completed.

• Corrections available within 7 days of the original service.

• Gel, Dip & Enhancements: Guaranteed for 7 days for lifting, chipping, or loss.

• Traditional polish: Not guaranteed.

• Please choose colors carefully. Color changes after service are redone at 50% of the service price.

• Our staff works as a team. If you are uncomfortable with your technician, please inform us so another team member can assist you.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• We reserve the right to refuse service.

 Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

• Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Gel polish is not recommended for children; wear is not guaranteed.
