- Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are ever dissatisfied with any service, we will make the necessary corrections to exceed your expectations within 7 days of your original service. No refunds will be given once a service has been rendered.
Service Guarantees:
- Enhancements, Dip, and Gel Polish Manicures: These services are guaranteed for 7 business days after your appointment.
- If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting within the first 7 days, please call us to schedule a free repair.
- Traditional Polish Services: These services are not guaranteed. Remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Treat your nails kindly to keep them beautiful for weeks after your service.
Health and Safety:
- We are not responsible for health issues or personal injuries before, during, or after service.
Behavior and Conduct:
- We do not tolerate aggressive behavior.
- We reserve the right to refuse service.
Gift Certificates:
- Gift certificates are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Teamwork:
- Our employees work as a team. If you are uncomfortable with your technician for any reason, please inform us, and another team member will be made available to you.
Children Services:
- Please Note: Minors must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian while in our salons.
- We do not recommend gel polish for children due to the size of the nail bed, which may affect the longevity of the nail treatment.
- For their safety, we do not cut children's cuticles.
- We cannot guarantee the same wear as with adults.
